I bought 2 games and got them instantly. cheaper than steam to.

I used this website for quite a long time. But I found no clues about "Invisible Apartment" Part 1. Any help?

Have used the site for many years, and have never had any issues, and have bought MANY Mac games there. They continuously update their client also, which is a good thing! And their support is always responsive, at least the few times I've had a need for it.

My only thing to whine about is that they closed their forums a few years back.. :(

ive been a user of macgamestore for years now, and have spent way too much lol. i enjoy the app, keeps all my games in one place... only had one bug but they fixed it. i know they dont make the games they sell, so bugs in games arnt their problem but they have tried to help resolve some of my issues when i was updating my mac. i blame apple more for that fiasco! macgamestore has always had my back

Have bought 3 games from them in the past. Keys came through within minutes. I had an issue with one of the orders (I made a mistake) I emailed support and they replied and resolved the issue within a few hours. Things must have changed since the other reviews on here do not reflect the experience I had. Two thumbs up.

They close ticket without any reply.
I have trouble with payment and asked them for help.

After purchase you have to wait 24 hours to get your game, WHAT????

Purchased a title with Steam DRM. After hours of waiting. I was updated that the purchase was completed. My profile however does not have any updates. Effectively, Macgamestore took my money and have not provided the product purchased. After hours and numerous attempts with site support, which is only web form, I have only received automated messages.

Games from this site repeatedly quit working. First I was able to retrieve Scrabble when it quit working. Now another game quit working but I am unable to retrieve the game because I cannot log into my account. And most frustrating is that you cannot email Macgamestore without first signing in-and it will not recognize my sign in information. Will never use Macgamestore again and I recommend anyone else to do the same.

I saw the deal was 75 % off from regular price and thought it was too good to be true, which it indeed seem it was! My receipt clearly shows that the version of the game I paid for was Borderlands 2 GotY, but not the one I received, so I hope MacGamestore will set things right and sort this out!
